FMI offers competitive compensation including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, two weeks paid vacation after your first year, company apparel and more! Our crews typically work 10 days followed by four days off. Travel to job sites across the country is required, but we have a fleet of newer, well maintained company vehicles. While you're away, we also provide a generous per diem.

FMI welcomes new graduates, as well as applicants with previous experience. Applicants do need a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. We are a drug free company and conduct random drug tests throughout the year. FMI is an equal opportunity employer.
